Note:
Strobic uses an algorithm to automatically determine what is in motion and what is background. This means anything that appears to move (shadows, parallax, reflections, trees blowing in the wind, other people) in the scene will get classified as action and may interfere with the primary action. Consider this as you frame your shot to ensure a desirable result.

For best results:
Limit the amount of overlapping action.
Limit the amount of camera movement.
Shoot a subject that contrasts against the background.

For horrible results (its Strobic not magic):
Move the camera all over.
Wear camouflage that matches the background.
Use a burst of an unmoving object.
Ensure lots of other things moving in the background.
